Replacing a roof which was less than five years old was not in our plans. We were even more frustrated when insurance would not pay due to the failure being an installation error. We approached four companies who were either extremely expensive or not interested due to our steeply pitched roof. Thankfully, we met Richard at the Tulsa Home & Garden Show! Richard not only agreed to replace our roof, he educated us on why our roof was failing. We learned that our previous roofer “high nailed” our shingles. Richard spent as much time as needed answering our questions and going over our options. He even designed a roofing system to properly ventilate our attic space. Prior to installation, he invested in harnesses and tie-off equipment to ensure the crew was safe and to ease our concerns. During installation, the crew was able to install the shingles quickly and placed extra nails for us due to the steep pitch. When they were done, they left no mess behind and picked up any loose nails. Our experience with RoofHawk was so good, we’ve recommended them to several of our friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks to RoofHawk our house is the beautiful home we’ve always wanted.

RoofHawk did an outstanding job of replacing our weather damaged roof. They exceeded our expectations as far as the price, the workmanship and the professionalism of the crew. Our landscaping retained its luster and for that I am very thankful.

We thought we knew what type of roof we wanted and had plenty of insurance money to get it and RoofHawk chose to give us an upgraded Stone Coated Steel roof for the same insurance money and make less as a company. Now our home value is greater as a result of upgrading from asphalt to a metal roof at no cost to us.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for you attention and efforts to resolving our roof issues. As you may remember, we had a combination of an old hip roof, newer hip roof and a mansard roof at the intersecting point with extreme dead valleys on two (2) sided.
Yes, poor architectural design from the get-go. The issue was not limited to simply choosing the composition and color of the best shingles for the price.
As you know on your initial visit we had a lot of ideas about what we would like to do and all outcomes would require more than the normal carpentry skills of a “roofing crew”. You indicted that some of your roofing crews were highly skilled roofers and all your crews were professional tradesman and very tidy. You didn’t push for a contract or commitment until after you returned and had a commitment for you roofing crew and a full agreement from your crew of what our exportation were and their abilities to meet them. The type of shingles, valleys, vented ridge caps and other details required several more tips back to our house. Putting it all together, the three primary ingredients; workmanship, materials and price resulted in our contract with Roof Hawk.
This roofing job returned some much needed architectural symmetry to our front entry. It also added value to our property and has had a lot of interest from neighbors and friends who think it looks like a new structure. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and neighbors as we have nothing but admiration and appreciation for the work your company had carried out on our home.

It is with great pleasure that we strongly recommend Roof Hawk to assist with obtaining estimates and supervising the installation of a new roof or roof repairs. We were thoroughly impressed with how knowledgeable Roof Hawk is with the “ins and outs” of the roofing industry.
We appreciated the time and energy Roof Hawk spent in relating the necessary information to afford us to make competent decisions about installing a new roof.
The Roof Hawk team is professional, courteous, and experiences. We would have no problem in using Roof Hawk again.
